Atlas DID (Private) Limited is involved in two wheeler chain manufacturing business from 2019, based on the Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS), the quality and performance of DID are recognized all over the world. Every step involves usage of state of the art technology.             

Automotive chains are most commonly used for the transmission of mechanical power on many types of household, industrial and agricultural machinery. These are one of the primary system used in industry to transmit power. Based upon power which is to be transmitted the automotive chains are of different sizes. To ensure Quality standards the chains are examined in well-equipped lab with latest testing equipment & machines.

COMPONENT MANUFACTURING

MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Chain components are manufactured using state of the art Japanese technology including high speed stamping press machines, cold forming machines, efficient polishing barrels, technologically advanced heat treatment furnaces and robust surface finishing machines.

QUALITY CONTROL

DID chain delivers excellent performance. The performance is based on DID’s state of the art chain manufacturing technology and finishing treatment methods of carbon steel.
DID engineering philosophy is focused upon strong physical nature of chain besides being light in weight. Furthermore, due to improved surface treatment technology, DID products have excellent abrasion resistance.

DID products are in the top level for low fuel consumption, anti-wear performance and comfortable riding. To sustain DID standards for quality compliance, skilled manpower under supervision of DAIDO KOGYO, JAPAN, is supervising chain manufacturing processes from raw material to final dispatch of finished goods.

All technical parameters are checked and validated from DAIDO KOGYO, JAPAN.
