Mr. Saquib H. Shirazi

Chairman

Mr. Saquib Shirazi is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Honda Limited. He is also the Senior Advisor and Director on the Board of Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan Limited.

In the past, he has served as Chairman, Pakistan Business Council (PBC), Chairman, Pakistan Auto Manufacturers’ Association (PAMA)as well as Chairman, Harvard Business School’s Global Alumni Board. He is currently an advisor to British International Investment (BII), the National School of Public Policy and Prime Minister’s Economic Council.

He graduated from the Wharton School of Finance and has an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Mr. Kingo Nakano

Director

Mr. Kingo Nakano has been associated with Daido Group for last 26 years. He has a broad experience in the areas of motorcycle and automotive parts sales, marketing and product planning. He is currently serving as the President of Daido Sittipol Co., Ltd, Thailand. Before taking over his current responsibilities, he was stationed at Daido Kogyo Co., Ltd, Japan at Corporate planning and marketing. He was appointed as a member of the Board of Atlas DID (Private) Limited in July 2024.

Mr. Masuhisa Ito

Director

Mr. Masuhisa Ito has been associated with Daido Group for more than 20 years. He joined Daido Kogyo in 2004 and began his career in Automobile Nagoya Sales Division in Japan. Mr. Masuhisa Ito has experience in the Automobile industry, having worked in planning and sales division. He worked as President of Daido Sittipol Co. Ltd, Thailand from 2019 to 2024. He is currently heading the Mobility Product Division at Daido Kogyo Co., Ltd, Japan. He is member of the Board of Atlas DID (Private) Limited since September 2019.

Mr. Suhail Ahmed

Director

Mr. Suhail Ahmed is the Group Director Auto Parts of Atlas Group and Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Engineering (Pvt.) Limited. He obtained Masters degree in Economics and thereafter obtained a degree in Law from University of Karachi. He also attended various courses including Advanced Management Program at Harvard University, USA. He has 45 years of experience in General Management, Finance, Investment and Taxation. Currently, his other directorships include Atlas Services Limited, Atlas DID (Pvt.) Limited. He is also a member of Group Executive Committee.

Mr. Toshihiro Shimizu

Director

Mr. Toshihiro Shimizu has been associated with DID for more than 16 years. He joined Daido Kogyo in 2004 and began his career in Corporate Planning Office in Japan. Mr. Toshihiro Shimizu has experience in the Automobile industry, having worked in planning and commercial division. In his previous assignment, he has worked as Director in Daido Kogyo Co. Limited, Japan. From June 2017, he has worked as Managing Director in Daido Sittipol Co. Ltd.

Mr. Shakil Mirza

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Shakil Mirza is the Chief Executive Officer of Atlas D.I.D (Private) Limited since July 2021. He has been associated with the Atlas Group since 1983 and since then has worked in different capacities with Atlas Honda Limited and Atlas Autos Private Limited. He is a distinguished professional with over 36 years of diversified experience in management positions and also served as COO of Atlas Autos for over 4 years. He holds rich experience and knowledge of finance, marketing, production and operational planning, supply chain and material management.

He obtained degree in Cost and Management Accountancy from Institute of Cost & Management Accountancy of Pakistan (ICMAP) in 1994. He did Executive MBA from the Lahore University of Management Sciences, Pakistan (LUMS) in 2005 and successfully completed Advance Management Program held at Fontainebleau, France in July 2016 from the Leading Business School of the World, INSEAD. He is also a member of INSEAD Alumni Association of Pakistan.
