Atlas D.I.D (Private) Limited is a private limited company incorporated on July 22, 2019 under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now the Companies Act, 2017). The Company is a Subsidiary of Atlas Autos (Private) Limited. The registered office of the Company is situated at 2nd floor, Federation House, Shahrah-e-Firdousi, Clifton Karachi, Pakistan.

The Company is engaged in the manufacturing, processing and trading of automotive parts, components, accessories and tools. The geographical location and address of the factory of the Company is 15th Mile, National Highway, Landhi, Karachi.

The Company was formed in accordance with a joint venture agreement constituted among Atlas Autos (Private) Limited, Daido Kogyo Co. Ltd and Daido Sittipol Co. Ltd.
